Oriental Section

            This Section has around a total of 70,000 items including 2500 rare Sindhi books, which are housed in a separate room, and large No. of  rare Urdu, Arabic and Persian books, which stands in Thousands is included in general collection and a No. of 711 valuable manuscripts which is also placed in a separate room. Each rare book is at least a hundred-fifty years old, while the manuscripts range from 200 to 700 years old.

            How ever a number around 1000 readers use this library for reference purpose daily, during examinations this number increase up to 2000-3000 Students.
