Instructions for Book Borrower

1.      Student card is to be shown at the time of membership.

2.      Photograph of student is required for membership.

3.      The borrower is responsible for all books entered in his Card.

4.      The books should not be marked or mutilated.

5.      The borrower's card is not transferable.

6.      The card holder should report to the Librarian in the event of the loss of his/her card.

7.      Fine for duplicate card is Rs. 2/- if one's cared is lost.

8.      Books are issued for in 15 days only. Not more than two books shall  be retained by a borrower at a time.

9.      A fine of paisa 25 per day shall be charged for any act of retaining book or books, beyond the specified time.

10.  No book shall be issued to a borrower as long as he does not return book or books outstanding against his name.

11.  The returned book is not to be issued on the same day.

12.  Reference works, early printed books, old publications, Volumes of Sets, serials etc. shall not be lent for home reading.

13.  Silence shall be observed in the Library.

14.  A student should agree to abide by the above mentioned rules
